About the Versions tab

The Versions tab displays a list of the prior revisions of a document similar to the following figure.

When a document is released with the Release command, a new major revision number is assigned to the document automatically. By default, the minor revisions are not visible in the list on the Versions tab. Click the All versions button on the properties pane toolbar to display the complete revision history in the list. Click the button again to hide the minor revisions.
