Server system requirements

The Microsoft SharePoint server should meet the requirements for the version of SharePoint that is installed. BlueCielo ProjectForce supports:

• Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition
• Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition

The performance of Internet applications is related to the available network bandwidth. The amount of data and the number of users will determine the optimal server specification. Documents can be split across multiple libraries if network bandwidth is limited or local availability of data is required.

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server has maximum size limitations that might make it unsuitable for large projects:

• Site collection disk space
• Content database size
• Quantity of major document versions/document library
• Metadata size per document
• List view size
