Web Access Improvements

The following improvements have been made to Meridian Enterprise Web Access:

  • Internet Explorer 9 is supported.
  • The visual style has been updated and configurable styles can be customized.
  • The properties and viewer panes can now float on the desktop.
  • Most of the dialog-looking pages are now actual floating dialogs.
  • A Hybrid Parts page now shows attached hybrid files.
  • It is now possible to specify a scope when publishing a vault in Web Access.
  • When making a project copy of a document that includes hybrid parts, an extra menu item was sometimes visible for the hybrid parts.
  • In certain situations, an error was shown when trying to view a document that had references to a folder for which the user did not have access privileges. This has been resolved by showing the document that has the missing references.
  • Canceling the wizard during document creation would sometimes result in an error message.
  • A limit has been set on the number of documents or folders shown on a single page to increase performance. This is controlled by a registry key.
  • Itis now possible to compare documents and document revisions in Web Access.
