Viewer improvements

The following improvements have been made to the Meridian Enterprise viewer:

• Stability of the AutoVue viewer pane has been improved when Web Access is configured to use a frame for the viewer (UseFrames=1) instead of a new window.
• Meridian Enterprise PowerUser now supports IGC Brava Desktop (not included) as an alternative document viewer. For compatibility information, see Meridian Enterprise Supported Software.
• User preference settings for AutoVue client/server deployments are now saved properly.
• The AutoVue viewer in a client/server deployment is no longer suspended when focus is shifted to other applications. The document in the viewer remains visible.
