Web Access improvements

The following improvements have been made to Meridian Enterprise Web Access:

• When the UseFrames registry setting was enabled and the viewer was switched to the rendition, the native file remained in the viewer.
• New Unlock Rendition and Update Rendition commands have been added to the Document menu.
• The Compare command is now supported but switching between the main document and the rendition is not supported.
• The Document page now shows the URL of the document's rendition in addition to the URL of the main document.
• A new Download Rendition command has been added to the Document menu.
