Configuring the AMFS server

The AMFS Server (BlueCielo Filesystem service) manages file system access to documents in the Meridian Enterprise vaults. For each server you can configure:

• File filters to exclude undesirable files from the vaults
Drive letters mapped to a vault path or work area
• Shares that expose mapped drive letters to network users

Warning    THIS IS A DEPRECATED FEATURE

Tip    If Local Workspace is enabled for all vaults on the server, AMFS is not required and the service can be stopped and disabled to reduce server load.
