Working with remote shares

The Meridian Global Collaboration Framework (GCF) is an extension of Meridian Enterprise that allows you to transfer documents between different locations, enabling concurrent engineering within multiple Meridian Enterprise environments. Simply put, you can send single documents or entire assembly structures from one site to another site so that multiple teams can work work on the same projects. The GCF is designed to deal with document ownership and locking to ensure that only one person at a time can work on any single document.
