Editing a repository’s settings from the site cache server configuration web page while a preload operation is in progress can cause documents to fail to load into the site cache.
The error Preload Error: Exception of type ‘BlueCieloECM.SiteCache.Api.Controllers.Support.BCHttpResponseException’ was thrown will appear in the Applications and Services Logs\BlueCieloECM\Meridian\SiteCacheService\Operational folder in the Windows Event Viewer.
To prevent this problem, do not edit the repository settings with the site cache server configuration page while a preload is in progress. Wait until the preload has finished or use the Repositories page in Meridian Enterprise Server Administration Console instead.
