The Meridian Web Client navigation views can unexpectedly show a lock icon for documents that are not under change by a different user. An example of such a case is if the Meridian EDM Server and IIS services are restarted while the user has an active Web Access session and refreshes their browser. The status is shown correctly if the user logs off and logs back on again.
