This can occur when expanding a collapsed folder and then selecting a document in that folder. The document pane then expands to fill the entire browser window. This happens only on Windows server operating systems when IE Enhanced Security Configuration is enabled in the server’s properties in Windows Server Manager. Disabling the option resolves the issue. Various Access denied errors can also occur.
