About the column map

The Meridian360 Portal integration uses a column map to link document properties to the columns in the document list that is included in transmittals. The column map resides in the vault after you import it as described in Importing the support files. The column map is a MS Excel workbook named Column map.xlsx that contains one worksheet named Column map. You can modify the worksheet to meet your own requirements.

Note    Do not change the name of the column map file. The vault location is configured as described in Configuring the vault settings.

The Column map worksheet lists the properties that are linked to each column in the transmittal template described in About the transmittal template. The worksheet includes the columns described in the following table.
