Note    Unless otherwise noted, all values in this registry key are the defaults for new users. Values set by users are stored in the user’s profile file described in Configuring default Meridian Web Client user settings and override these settings. They correspond directly to the settings on the Preferences page in the Meridian Web Client shown in the following table.

If this value is 1 (default), when Web Access commands download documents to Local Workspace, also download referenced documents. If this value is 0, do not download referenced documents. This option also enables document viewing with the AutoVue Desktop viewer (if installed), redlining, and uploading batches of documents.

EnableBaselines DWORD If this value is 1, enables viewing the vault at a baseline or specific date or time. If this value is 0 (default), viewing the vault's history is prohibited.

 

EnableCopyPaste

DWORD

If this value is 1, enable the clipboard Cut, Copy, and Paste command when Web Access is used. If this value is 0 (default), the commands are disabled.

 

ForceRelogin DWORD If this value is 1 (default), clears the users' log on credentials from the browser cache when they log off of Web Access. This prevents the credentials from being reused accidentally or maliciously by other persons to comply with your organization's security policies. This setting is only relevant if the website is configured to use Basic authentication. If this value is 0, the browser cache is not cleared.

 

ItemsPerCall

Number of documents per page. Default = 20.

LockOnCheckout

DWORD

If this value is 1 (default), documents are locked in the user’s local workspace after workflow actions that allow the documents to be edited. If this value is 0, the documents are not locked. This setting can be configured for individual users by adding it to the users’ Web Access profile file as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.

 

SaveLastLocation DWORD If this value is 1 (default), the user's last selected location in the vault is remembered between sessions and restored upon log on. If this value is 0, the vault is opened to the root folder upon log on.

SeparateViewer

DWORD If this value is 1, opens the document viewer in a separate browser window. If this value is 0 (default), the viewer reuses the current browser window.

SiteCache DWORD If this value is 1 (default), all Meridian Web Client sessions will use the site cache that is specified for the Site Cache URL option in the user’s preferences. If this value is 0, no site cache will be used.

Default time zone (GM) for Web Access clients.

UpdateThumbnailOnCheckin

DWORD

If this value is 1, update thumbnail images when documents are released from under change from Web Access. If this value is 0 (default), do not update thumbnails.

If this value is 1, create thumbnail images when documents are imported from Web Access. If this value is 0 (default), do not create thumbnails.

UseAutoVue DWORD If this value is 1, uses the AutoVue Client/Server viewer. If this value is 0 (default), uses the AutoVue Desktop viewer instead. The AutoVue Server URL is obtained from the Web Access server settings.

UseColorScheme

String The name of the custom color scheme in which to show Web Access. This setting is only effective if the UseOldStyle setting is 0. For information about creating a custom color scheme, see the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.

UseDocumentMimeType

DWORD

If this value is 1, when documents are downloaded to Local Workspace from Web Access, open the document immediately using the registered Windows MIME application. If this value is 0 (default), do not open the documents.

UseOldStyle

DWORD If this value is 0 (default), Web Access is shown in the default color scheme. If this value is 1, it uses the color scheme specified by the UseColorScheme setting.

ViewRenditions

DWORD If this value is 1, document renditions are shown by default. If this value is 0 (default), the native document is shown by default.

View renditions

ViewPanel DWORD If this value is 1 (default), the view bar is available in the Meridian Web Client. If set to 0, the view bar is hidden. This setting can be configured for individual users by adding it to the users’ Web Access profile file as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.
