Synchronize menu details Synchronize menu detailsThe Synchronize menu contains commands for working with one document. It is only visible when a document is selected. In any navigation view, right-click a document name to display the Synchronize shortcut menu.

Properties from File |
Updates the vault properties of the current document from the file properties and title block attributes saved in the file. The properties that are updated must be configured by a system administrator. For more information, see Synchronizing file properties and title blocks. |

Updates the file properties and title block attributes in the file associated with the current document from the vault properties. The properties and title block attributes that are updated must be configured by a system administrator. For more information, see Synchronizing file properties and title blocks. |

Updates the vault references of the current document from the external references saved in the file. For more information, see Working with references. |
