Customization improvements

The following improvements have been made to the Meridian Enterprise customization features:

• A new VBScript method Delete has been added to the Document object that deletes the current document.
• The -deployperuser command line argument of the PackageBuilder tool can be used to deploy .NET user interface extension packages to only the current user. This makes deploying the packages easier in high security environments where users are not administrators of their own computers.
