Each document in a vault has a number of properties associated with it. You use the Meridian Enterprise Configurator utility to assign properties to document types. Properties are grouped in property sets. In the Meridian Enterprise PowerUser client, double-clicking the icon on the Document property page will display a list of the properties and their values associated with that document. The icon is the same as the application to which the particular document’s file type is registered with Microsoft Windows.
