Configuration improvements

• The message text for email notifications can now be configured with variables for the current user, project, and vault.
• Email notifications may now include text calculated by a VBScript expression.
• Custom icons may be configured for folder types and documents.
• Property assignments are now supported by the workflow definition commands Reroute and Migrate.
• New options NoExportContent and NoImportContent have been added to briefcase configuration.
• A new option Before starting a new revision in projects has been added to the revision number options for document types. When enabled, it increments the major part of the revision number when the document is released from a project folder and the minor part of the revision number at the start of the document's workflow.
• The scope of execution of custom commands has been reduced to the selected object and in some cases, its immediate contents. Custom commands no longer execute recursively on subfolders and their contents.
• A new option Calculate file name upon project copy creation has been added to document type definitions.
