Web Access can stop responding in Internet Explorer when attempting to show documents in ICViewPlugin if the Google toolbar is enabled. Disabling the Google toolbar prevents the problem. If the Google toolbar must be enabled, make the AutoVue viewer the default viewer for the file type as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise User's Guide.
