About property effectivity

Property values will change over time. Meridian Enterprise will maintain the history of property value changes. The rules for maintaining the history of property values can be different for each property. This is defined as the effectivity type of a property.

Following are the available effectivity types and a description of each. They are defined in the AmOm type library as AMPROPERTYEFFECTIVITYTYPES.
