Viewing synchronization status

The synchronization status of the repository depends on two factors:

The status of each factor is viewed separately.

To view the status of the Publisher synchronization job scheduled task:

  1. In Windows Task Scheduler, select Task Scheduler Library in the left pane. The status of all scheduled tasks appears in the right pane.
  2. View the Status, Last Run Time, and Last Run Result properties of the Publisher update task. By default, the task is named Update Data Library.
  3. If the task failed, review the Security options settings on the General page of the task's properties.

To view the status of the Publisher processes:

  1. In Meridian Configurator, in the System group, click TASK MONITOR. The Tasks page appears and lists the status of the active and inactive Publisher jobs.

  2. To view additional details about a synchronization job:
    1. Select the task that you want to view more details about and then click Analyze. The Dashboard page for the job appears.
    2. To view information about each document that produced errors, click DIAGNOSTICS.

If a synchronization job fails, after you correct the problem you can retry the job as described in Repeating a synchronization job.
