Configuration improvements

The following improvements have been made to vault configuration:

• A new setting Remove has been added to briefcase format configuration to specify a command line for third-party programs to remove documents from a briefcase file.
• Two new settings OutgoingRefType and RemoveMetadataBeforeSent have been added to briefcase template configuration. The first specifies the reference type to relate outgoing transmittal sheets to transmittal briefcases. The second removes document metadata from the transmittal briefcase before sending to an email recipient.
• A new setting IncludeTransmittalSheet has been added to briefcase template configuration to allow preventing the transmittal sheet from being included in a transmittal briefcase.
