Copy Outside Vault privilege required for Viewing

In versions of InnoCielo before release 2007a WebAccess did not check the Copy Outside Vault privilege when a user was about to view a document. Because viewing in WebAccess with the NetViewer involves downloading the document to the local hard drive of the user, this privilege should have been a requirement for viewing in WebAccess. This has now been repaired in InnoCielo 2007a. As a consequence WebAccess users must have been granted the Copy Outside Vault privilege in order to view documents.
