Microsoft Office XP

When saving an existing Microsoft Excel document to the vault it can happen that it is saved as a new file, with the new filename being a temporary one used by Excel. This problem exclusively occurs with the following combination of factors:

Microsoft Excel 2002 or Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 is used (part of Microsoft Office XP).
On the EDM Server, Norton Antivirus 2002 or Symantec Antivirus version 8 is installed.
The vault is configured with Work Isolation Mode off.

A known solution is to upgrade Norton Antivirus to version 2004.
