Viewing responses to a comment circulation

You can see the responses of the recipients for all the documents of a comment circulation in one view.

To view the responses to a circulation:

1. Open the Document circulations view as described in Understanding the Document circulations view. Responses can be viewed on either the Inbox or Outbox page.

1. On the Inbox page, click Open circulations. The open circulations are listed.

2. Click View in the row for the circulation that you want to view. A page appears that shows the circulation properties, lists the documents in the circulation, and shows the current responses for each document.

You can hide obsolete comments, print the current view, and add the documents to the Clipboard by selecting commands in the section header.
