Type the names of the Kronodoc users who initiated the circulations that you want to find. Separate multiple names with commas.

To select individual users:

1. Click Find. A new window containing user search options opens.
2. Type a known name in the corresponding text box and press Enter or click Find users. If a matching user is found, their information appears above the text boxes and they are added to Circulated by automatically. If not, modify your search text and try again.
3. Repeat step 2 until all users have been added to Circulated by.
4. Click Close.

Type the names of the Kronodoc users to whom the circulations were sent that you want to find. Separate multiple names with commas. To select individual users, follow the same steps as for Circulated by.

Type a date in each field with which to limit the search. Click Date to select a date from the calendar that appears. Leave the second field empty to search to the present date.

Select a status from the list to limit the search.
