Interrupting comment circulations

Interrupting a comment circulation aborts the circulation. It is similar to closing the circulation as described in Closing comment circulations except that the circulation can not be found by searching or reopened.

To interrupt a comment circulation:

1. Confirm that you want to interrupt the circulation by reviewing the document comments as described in Viewing responses to a comment circulation.
2. Click the Outbox tab. The circulations that you have sent are listed.
3. Click Interrupt in the row for the circulation that you want to interrupt. The view refreshes with the circulation removed.
