Understanding working folders

Working folders are locations on your computer that are used for storing files that are downloaded from Kronodoc for viewing or editing purposes. The folders are configured by a system administrator and are the same for all users.

If the working folders do not exist on your computer, the first time that Kronodoc requires the folders, it offers to create the folders for you.

Files downloaded to your working folders are not automatically removed when they are no longer needed. You must remove them manually.
