Selecting custom workspace properties

System administrators can create custom properties to categorize workspaces beyond what is provided by the default properties. Once created, custom properties must be selected before they will appear in the Workspaces view and on workspace property pages. For more information on creating custom properties, see About custom properties. When creating a custom property set for workspaces, remember to select the Default for all workspaces option.

To select custom properties for a workspace:

  1. In the Workspaces view, in the Workspace section header, click Field selection. A popup menu appears.
  2. Select the properties that you want to appear.
  3. To move a property higher in the list (left in the Workspaces view), click Up. To move a property lower in the list (left in the Workspaces view), click Down.
  4. Click Save.

For information about setting the workspace property values, see Modifying workspace properties.
