To identify the file(s) that you need to restore, look at the log table. In the log table you can find the document number and/or the names of the files to be restored as well as information about all end-user operations in the projects. To find the correct information, search the Kronodoc project log for the project from which the files were lost.
The fields of the log table are explained in Table 2 below.

Internal storage ID of the row in the table. |
PROJECTID |
Internal storage ID of the workspace. |
OPRTYPE |
Determines whether the operation was a normal user operation ("1") or an administrator operation ("2"). |
OPRTIME |
Operation timestamp: YYYYMMDDhhmmss |
USERID |
Database internal storage id for the user. |
REMOTEADDR |
IP-address of the user’s computer. |
CONTINUATION |
Has the value of 1 if the operation log continues on another row. |
TARGETTYPE |
The type of the object that is referenced by TARGETID: 1 for document, 2 for folder. |
TARGETID |
Internal storage id of the object accessed (document or folder) |
PARENTID |
Internal storage id of the parent of the accessed object, the type and meaning depending on the operation |
OPCODEID |
Operation performed. Refers to the ID on the LOGOPCODES table, which contains the operation names in its OPERATION field; e.g. for document deletion Delete doc, and for file deletion Delete file/URL. |
PARAMETER |
Optional operation arguments. For document deletion none, for file deletion the name of the file deleted, for example, file.txt. |

If you know when the deletion of the file(s) took place and the identity of the user who deleted the document or files, you can find the document id and the names of the deleted files in the log table. Based on this information you can locate the lost data in the backup.
