BlueCielo Kronodoc 5.0 Administrator's Guide | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
The Kronodoc system is distributed in one archive file (e.g. Kronodocdistr.tar). The archive contains the Kronodoc software itself and the Apache web server software. Other required software (e.g. Oracle, Perl) must be installed beforehand on the system according to the Infrastructure Setup Guide.
Possible AddOn or patch installation packages are separate archive files, which should be placed in the installer directory (see section Installation directory structure). AddOns are installed using the standard Kronodoc installer script, which will detect any AddOn or patch archives. Already-installed AddOn and patch archives should be moved away to prevent accidental re-installing of them. AddOns and patches are generally designed to be installed exactly once on a very specific Kronodoc version, so re-installing should be avoided.
