Enabling SSL connection in AD server

User password change by using Kronodoc requires an SSL interface between Kronodoc and the Active Directory server.

Create a certificate in the AD server in order to enable AD to communicate using an SSL connection. Please see the Microsoft Active Directory documentation for more information.
