The What's new view appears when you click the What's new tab. The What's new view shows recent document changes made by any user that have occurred in the active workspace. Changes can be quickly identified by their icons. The default changes and their icons are described in the following table.

Status changed. The arrow color represents the color of the status to which the document was changed |
Note The view does not show documents or files that have been deleted.
Tip You can specify the changes that you want to see in the view by setting your notification preferences as described in Configuring notification preferences.
You can filter the What's new view by multiple criteria, save filter sets for reuse, and view the data either online or subscribe to receive a copy of it by email. These features are described in the following topics.
