Sorting rows

An arrowhead appears in the heading of the column by which the rows are currently sorted. The direction of the arrowhead indicates the sorting order, whether ascending or descending, for example, Title (ascending) similar to the following figure.

To change sorting column and sorting order:

1. Click a different column heading to sort the rows by that column, for example, Item ID (ascending). The row sorting column changes, similar to the following figure.

2. Click the heading again to sort by the same column (Item ID) but in the opposite order (descending), similar to the following figure.

Tip     Press and hold the Shift key while clicking to select additional sorting columns.
