Opening a message from ImandrA

Use the Open command to open an email message that you have previously saved in a vault for viewing, printing, or replying.

To open an email message in Outlook from a vault:

1. Click Open on the ImandrA menu or click the Open button in the ImandrA toolbar. The Open File dialog appears, similar to the following figure.

2. Navigate to the message you want to open and select it.
3. If you only want to open a copy of the message and not check it out, enable Open as copy.
4. Click Open. If the document was not already checked out to you, it will be checked out before it is opened so that you can read or print the message.
