ImandrA allows each user to configure some personal preferences that alter the way ImandrA works. The preferences that you can configure depend on your access level. Users with less than the Admin access level are able to configure the most popular preferences.

Displays the CheckOut Wizard when you execute the Check Out command. Allows you to confirm the check-out folder, filename, external references, and actions before checking out the selected documents. |

Show ActionGrid on Copyout |
Displays the CopyDocument Wizard when you execute the Copy Out command. Allows you to confirm the copy-out folder, filename, external references, and actions before copying out the selected documents. |

Show ActionGrid on Checkin |
Displays the CheckIn Wizard when you execute the Check In command. Allows you to modify document and version properties, and confirm external references and actions before checking out the selected documents. |

Maximum number of search results |
Limits the number of documents listed in search results. |

Displays the Keep local copy option in the Import Wizard. |
