Updating the OutsideIn viewer files

IDM Desktop uses the OutsideIn program to view documents. If ImandrA is configured to use the IDM Desktop viewer instead of the InnoCielo viewer, you must install any OutsideIn file updates that are also available in the hot fix pack.

To install updated OutsideIn files:

1. On each client computer, copy the outsidein<Version>.zip file to a local folder and unzip all of the files to the folder where IDM Desktop is installed. By default, the folder is located at C:\FileNet\IDM.
