Creating a revision list definition

A revision list definition defines how a set of related revision blocks appear in drawings. A revision list specifies:

To create a revision list definition:

Open Revision List Designer as described in About the Revision List Designer. It opens with a new unsaved revision list definition loaded.
To configure an existing revision list definition, click the Open Definition button , select the definition file that you want to edit, and click Open.
Select Definitions in the left pane. The definition’s General options appear in the right pane.
Enter or select options using the descriptions in the following table.

Option	Description
Action	Select from the list of available options to specify when the revision list should be created.
MaxNumberOfRevisionRows	The maximum number of revision blocks to insert into the drawing.
ShowAllVersions	When set to True, all ImandrA revisions are shown in the drawing. When set to False, only the last revision and all released revisions are shown.

Click the Save tool button to save your changes.
Each revision list definition should contain one title block definition and at least one revision block definition. Proceed by creating a title block definition as described in Creating a title block definition.
