Mapping SharePoint columns to Meridian Enterprise properties

To map SharePoint columns to Meridian Enterprise properties:

1. On the SharePoint server, open the SharePoint.ini file in any text editor.
2. Add a line to the [BlueCieloECM.InnoCielo.Collaboration.GCFProcessor] section for each  SharePoint property that you want to map to Meridian Enterprise. Use the following syntax:
   
   FieldMapping_<N>=<Column>;<Property>
   
   Where:

• FieldMapping_<N>: Numbered mapping keyword
• <Column>: Internal SharePoint property name
• <Property>: Meridian Enterprise briefcase property name

Following is an example:

Tip GCF/SharePoint includes a tool to list all available properties in a SharePoint site and their internal names.

To list SharePoint site properties:

1. Start SPListProperties.exe from the SharePoint\Tools folder in the distribution package. The SharePoint List Properties dialog box appears.
2. Type the SharePoint site URL in Site URL and click Refresh Lists. The dialog’s lists show data from the specified site.
3. Select a library name from Lists. The properties contained in the selected library appear in the property list.
