Collaboration Status page shows “The document is in transit…”

This problem can occur if document import to SharePoint succeeds but the Collaboration page in PowerUser shows the document status as The document is in transit…

To troubleshoot this problem:

1. On the GCF computer running the SharePoint GCF processors, Start the test application ICEvalScriptTestApp.exe provided in the SharePoint\Troubleshooting folder of the distribution package.
2. Add the VBScript test function from the file script_test.bas located in the SharePoint\Troubleshooting folder of the distribution package to the Meridian Enterprise vault’s event code.
3. Type options using the descriptions in the following table.

4. Click Evaluate Test Script via GCF Service (Meridian Enterprise 2009 and lower) or Evaluate Test Script via WebAccess Service (Meridian Enterprise 2009a or higher). A dialog should appear with a result like:
   
   Vault: <VaultName>, User: <UserName>, arg1: a1, arg2: a2

Where <VaultName> and <UserName> are the values you typed in step 3. If it fails with an “Access denied” error, verify IIS is configured as follows:

1. Enable Windows Authentication in the Authentication option of the Web Access application.
2. Add the following elements to the GCF Web Service web.config file if they do not exist already:
   
   <authentication mode="Windows" />
   <identity impersonate="true"/>
