Working with offline sites

If your GCF site loses its connection to a remote GCF site for some reason, the site becomes an offline share. You can still work with the site with the following limitations:

• Document transfers will not occur until the offline site is back online again.
• You will not see current status information for remote documents on the Collaboration Status page.
• You cannot transfer ownership to the site or claim ownership from the site.
