BlueCielo Meridian Global Collaboration Framework 2012 SP1 Release Notes | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
The following features were added:
The following features were changed:
Claim ownership has been enhanced to allow mobile workers to more easily transfer ownership to themselves at other sites. Prior to this change, a user could only claim a released document, one that was not in a workflow. With this change, it is now possible to claim ownership if a document is routed to you (not in a released state) but owned by another site.
The To-Do Person property of documents owned at remote sites now shows the name of the user instead of the name of the site. This helps mobile users to more easily find documents that are assigned to them. For example, assume three GCF sites: Site1, Site2, and Site3, and a document is owned by Site1 and under change by John Smith. Site2 and Site3 will show John’s name in the To-Do Person property and John can claim ownership from Site1 when visiting either Site2 or Site3 without any changes to the workflow.
Consequently, the property AMDocumentWorkFlowPropertySet._TODOPERSON has been added to the registry settings that are merged. The property has also been added to the property mappings in AMBrc.ini.
