BlueCielo Meridian Global Collaboration Framework 2012 SP1 Administrator's Guide | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
When the collaborating vaults are configured to force users to use local workspaces, the Meridian Enterprise processors will also access documents through a local workspace. Since the Meridian Enterprise processors will usually process the majority of the documents in the vault, this will result in a very large local workspace on the computer that hosts the Meridian Enterprise processors. To avoid this, we recommend that you regularly clean the local workspace on the computer where the Meridian Enterprise processors run using the following command line for Meridian Enterprise Application Integration:
C:\Program Files\BC-Meridian\Program\AMHookTrayU.exe -sync –exit
This command can either be run as a separate scheduled task (for example, once a day) or can be added to a batch file that is run for the scheduled import or export tasks as described in Scheduling the GCF processors.
Note Meridian Enterprise Application Integration is not installed with the server components by the Meridian Enterprise 64-bit setup programs. Therefore, when the Meridian Enterprise processors are installed on the same computer, Application Integration must be installed manually using one of the client setup programs. If a 64-bit client setup program is used, the Application Integration executable name is AMHookTray.exe.
