The following issues were resolved in FDA Module 2013 SP1:
A new option Page to show prior to signature has been added to document type workflows. It can be set to the name of an existing custom wizard page to show prior to the user being prompted to sign documents. The page can be used to show the organization's standard electronic signature disclaimer.
