The following issues were resolved in FDA Module 2013 SP1:

• A configurable property page may now be shown when documents are electronically signed that shows a disclaimer and that prompts the user for a reason why they are signing the documents. The reason may be selected from a list of values that can be retrieved from either an existing lookup list or a VBScript expression (to connect to an external database, for example).
