To install FDA Module 2008 Service Pack 2 on the Meridian Enterprise application server:

1. Copy the following files to the <Drive>:\Program Files\IC-FDAModule folder:

• extFDAModule.dll
• extRendtion.dll
• extServerAudit.dll
• extServerNotify.dll
• ICMFDAADWF.dll
• Submitdoc.exe
• SubmitdocADWF.exe
• ICFDAVCTool.exe
• ICLogin.exe
• PDFORMP.EXE
• Error.pdf

2. Register extRendition.dll, extServerAudit.dll and extServerNotify.dll using regsvr32.exe
3. Register the extension extFDAModule.dll in the vault as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.
4. Add entries for WANSupport and DateFormat to the ICFDA.INI to match your system requirements.

To install FDA Module 2008 Service Pack 2 on the Meridian Enterprise client computers:

1. Copy the following files to the <Drive>:\Program Files\IC-FDAModule\Program folder (or the folder where the Meridian client is installed):

• extFDAModule.dll
• ICMFDAADWF.DLL
• ICLogin.exe

2. Register the three dll files using regsvr32.exe.
