Viewing and opening a project

Viewing a project lets you see its properties and subprojects, if any. Opening a project lets you to see all of the repository items that are associated with the project. You can view and open a project folder with the following methods.

Begin by opening a project view from the Home page.

To view project properties in the detail pane:

  • Click the project name. The property pages for the project appear in the detail pane.

To view project properties in a new tab:

  • Click the project icon .

    OR

  • In the Review ribbon, click Properties. The property pages for the project appear open in a new tab window.

To see the documents in the project:

  • In the Review ribbon, click Documents. A view opens in a new Meridian Explorer tab.

    To exclude the documents in the subprojects:

    • In the Review ribbon, click Project only.

    To include the documents in the subprojects:

    • In the Review ribbon, click Subprojects.

To see the tags used in the project:

  • In the Review ribbon, click Object Tags.

    To exclude the tags in the subprojects:

    • In the Review ribbon, click Project only.

    To include the documents in the subprojects:

    • In the Review ribbon, click Subprojects.
