Opening a repository

Opening a Meridian Explorer repository is as simple as opening any other website.

To open a repository when Meridian Explorer is not already open:

• If a system administrator has created a shortcut to the repository on your desktop, double-click the shortcut. Meridian Explorer opens the repository that is referred to by the shortcut in your default web browser.

  OR

• Open your web browser and type the following into the address box and press Enter:

  <ServerName>/BCEnterprise

  Where <ServerName> is the name of your web server.

  Meridian Explorer opens the Home page in your web browser.

To open a repository when Meridian Explorer is already open:

• On the Home page, select a view of the repository that you want to open. The Views pane contains the views that have been configured by a system administrator from all available repositories.The view opens in a new view page in the Meridian Explorer window.
