NEW  Redlining a document in a comment

When you make redlines on a document in a comment, they appear only in the comment. The redlines are not saved in the source Meridian Enterprise vault unless and until the document is imported back into the vault.

To redline a document in a comment :

1. View the document that you want to redline as described in NEW Viewing comments.
2. In the viewer toolbar, click the Redline icon . The redline toolbars appear.
3. Use the redline tools to mark up the document and when you are finished, click the Redline icon again to save your markups.
