Introducing Meridian Explorer

The Meridian Explorer provides a web browser–based view of the documents and related information in one or more Meridian Enterprise vaults. This platform is a very effective way of providing read-only access to information consumers of technical documents on a large scale. Meridian Explorer provides an innovative interface for quickly and easily finding documents with minimal end-user training.

The Meridian Explorer system includes the following features:

• Incremental synchronization of documents and related metadata from one or more Meridian Enterprise vaults to a Meridian Explorer repository. The synchronization is performed by a subset of components of Meridian Explorer.
• Incremental synchronization of Meridian Asset Management Module objects and their relationships to documents
• Web browser-based read-only client. Engineering change requests and electronic redlines can be sent to vaults configured with the Meridian Asset Management Module.
• Configurable property pages, search pages, and navigation views
