Importing a presentation schema

Importing a presentation schema loads configuration information from a repository that was previously exported.

Importing a presentation schema is useful for several reasons:

• To restore the system's configuration to a known point in time, such as before major changes were made.
• To rebuild a repository configuration after a disaster.
• To duplicate the configuration of another Meridian Explorer repository.

To import a presentation schema:

1. In the BlueCielo Application Manager configuration tree, select Repositories\<Repository>\Presentation Schema. The repository’s presentation schema status appears in the right pane.
2. Click Import in the toolbar of the right pane and select Import. The Open dialog appears.
3. Select the compressed archive file that contains the presentation schema that you want to import and click Open. The configuration is imported and the BlueCielo Application Manager refreshes to show the imported presentation schema.
