Disabling automatic indexing

cleared automatic indexing places the responsibility for index maintenance on the system administrator. This and modifying the automatic index tuning options should only be done under the direction of BlueCielo Technical Support.

To disable automatic indexing:

In BlueCielo Application Manager, select the name of the repository in the configuration tree. The repository's connection information appears in the right pane.

1. Click Edit. The Edit Repository Connection dialog box appears.
2. Select Disable automatic tuning. The other options in the Advanced group are cleared.
3. Click OK to save your changes.
